Jerry O’Neill
Veteran in the U.S. Plumbing Building Materials Industry
Jerry O’Neill is an established industry leader in plumbing products manufacturing, sales, and distribution in the U.S. market. He’s a co-founder and director at Relius Global.
Previously, Jerry co-founded ACCOR Technology, a plumbing products manufacturer, in 1987 and served as its President & CEO until his retirement in December 2022. Under his leadership, ACCOR pioneered push-fit technology in the U.S., becoming the market leader in polymer push-fit supply stop valves. Jerry’s strategic vision and resilience ensured the company’s continued growth, with ACCOR’s flagship PUSHON valves installed in millions of new homes, securing a leading market share in the new residential housing market.
Jerry fully understands the complicated path to achieving U.S. plumbing code approvals and has established industry relationships with key manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of plumbing products. He has secured multiple patents and trademarks, cementing his reputation as an innovator and strategic leader in the building materials industry.
Before ACCOR, Jerry spent 16 years at Owens Corning, a Fortune 500 company, where he held various leadership roles, including managing a multi-state distribution center and overseeing the Non-Corrosive Products Division as the national sales manager and market manager. His expertise in building materials, financial management, and product marketing is backed by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Michigan Technological University and participation in executive programs at the University of Michigan.
Dhanji Mungra
Engineer, Program Manager, Entrepreneur, and Business Developer
Dhanji Mungra brings a blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial drive to the Relius Global leadership team. With a rich background in aerospace manufacturing, Dhanji has successfully navigated complex engineering processes, consistently adhering to the highest industry standards while driving innovation. His experience spans over two decades at Boeing, where he led multifaceted projects, ensuring they met stringent performance, budget, and timeline requirements.
Dhanji’s leadership in program management, particularly in managing cross-functional teams and overseeing intricate technical programs, has been pivotal to the success of major aerospace initiatives. His proficiency in navigating regulatory compliance, including ITAR and EAR, has ensured that products meet U.S. government and international standards.
In addition to his aerospace career, Dhanji held engineering leadership positions on large projects and worked as a Control Systems Engineer at the Hanford Nuclear site. His diverse skills in engineering, project, and program management ensure the company delivers unparalleled quality control to its customers and partners. Dhanji holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University and a Master’s Certificate in Program Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Haresh Sangani
Business Strategist, Quality and Excellence Enthusiast, and Trusted Advisor
Haresh Sangani is a co-founder and director at Relius Global, leading the charge in business strategy and operations.
Previously, Haresh founded Hitech Advisors, where he led technical experts from world-leading brands, including Microsoft, Boeing, and McKinsey, to solve clients’ highest-priority challenges and, occasionally, help form startup companies. Before Hitech Advisors, Haresh co-founded the most modernized e-commerce platform for buying and selling homes in the United States, which sold 1,200 homes valued at more than $1 billion.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Haresh worked as a hands-on engineer in operations, product, and customer teams at AT&T and Amazon. At AT&T, Haresh implemented an engineering quality program that significantly improved the quality and consistency of the cellular phone network used by millions across the U.S., and he built out operational support systems for new services. At Amazon, Haresh managed the launch of its first mobile site and shopping solution for customers across the U.S. and the rollout of the first knowledge-sharing system for its suppliers.
Haresh is excited to bring his passion for quality and excellence, as well as his skills in business strategy, to work for Relius Global’s ecosystem of customers and suppliers. He credits his University of Washington Seattle degrees in physics, electrical engineering, and computer science as critical factors in his professional success.
